Hi ... this looks great. I have two questions:

1.  Can I enter from the UK, or is this a US only competition? The rules don't seem to exclude non-US residents.

2.  I have had articles published on a crowd publishing site which is now closed (ViewsHound) and also on a personal blog. Would they be eligible for entry?  Not sure whether you count personal blogs as "published" work.

With thanks

Those are good questions. You should check with Writer's Digest, as it's their contest.

Jan, if you click the link Rob provided you can find "Rules and Regulations" as well as "FAQ" at the bottom of the page.

From what I have read you don't have to be a US citizen. Also, the only work that can be previously published is for the category "Magazine Feature Articles."
